HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?

We pride ourselves on being able to ship our products to dancers all over the world. We have built the best possible distribution process which makes it easy for your to add any item to your cart, complete your purchase and with just a few clicks you have your order in a matter of days - no matter what part of the world you are in!

We have built a complex delivery system to rival some of the biggest e-commerce stores in the world so you can receive your order quickly & efficiently. Once you have placed your order through our website you will automatically be notified of tracking numbers and status of the order all the way to delivery.

How does it work?
  • All our products are designed by our team in Dublin, Ireland which is made up of people with dance backgrounds and experience in digital and product design to bring you the finest in dance equipment.

  • Once we have finalised the prototype in Ireland, we send to our amazing manufacturer in China who we have been in partnership with for over 5 years. Once the products are produced and checked by a quality control team, they are packed up and sent to our warehouse.

  • As dance is global, we have a fulfilment warehouse in Hong Kong where we can pack and ship our products to dancers ALL over the world within a matter of days. Thanks to exclusive deals with the worlds most reliable couriers (Fedex, UPS & DHL) we are able to offer fast, reliable delivery at the best prices.

  • As we are able to ship directly from Asia it helps us keep our carbon footprint down, rather than shipping back to us in Ireland and then across the world again to say, Australia or USA, we deliver directly to you and cut down massively on waste, fuel, energy & time.

  •  If you are shipping your item to EU, USA, AUSTRALIA and NEW ZEALAND there are no extra import / duty charges. Please check your local laws of import if you are not sure or get in touch with us to check. The recipient will be responsible for these taxes if they apply and may need to pay the delivery company

  •  Our delivery companies do not operate on Saturdays, Sundays or government holidays

  •  We do not deliver to PO Boxes or rural postal codes and if returned to us a delivery charge may apply for it to be returned again

  •  If our delivery service is unable to contact you after several attempts, they will return your order to us and a delivery charge will apply for it to be returned again

What if I'm not in when my order arrives?
When an order is sent by Express shipping, the driver will leave a card so you can arrange a more convenient delivery time. If our delivery service is unable to contact you after several attempts, they will return the order to us and a delivery charge will apply for it to be returned again.
Why should I include my phone number?
If we have a problem with your order or shipping we may contact you via telephone. We will not pass your number on to any third parties apart from our delivery company for delivery information.

What are your return policies?

We offer a full refund on any order returned to us in perfect condition, within 30 days of receipt of order, with proof of purchase.

This applies to sales items too once returned in perfect condition

After 30 days of receipt of order, orders can only be returned in exchange for a credit note if they are sent back in perfect condition. Faulty items can be returned at any time. If you change your mind about an order, a full refund can be sought once it's been delivered to you. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card that was used for purchase.
If you decide to refund a gift we can't prevent the card owner knowing. We offer a full refund on any order returned to us in perfect condition, within 30 days of receipt of order, with proof of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: Items must be returned pre-paid before a refund is issued. The cost of returning items back to us is not refunded. When sending a return, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Always retain proof of purchase. Refund payment: Once our warehouse has received your returned order we will credit the card used to pay for the order and send you a confirmation email. Please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Please note that depending on your bank this may take up to 10 days. Refund on sale items: We are under no obligation to refund the price difference of an item that was purchased before it went on sale.
